The wt+ Programme (the “Programme”) is a programme owned, operated and managed by Wing Tai Retail Management Pte Ltd (“WingTai”). The acceptance of any person to the Programme shall be subject to the approval of WingTai and the participation by any such person (the “Member”) in the Programme shall be subject to the following terms and conditions.
Under the Programme, the Member is entitled to be awarded with Points (“Points”) and/or discounts (“Discounts”) when the Member’s registered mobile number is quoted at the time of purchasing selected products at any of the designated wt+ stores in Singapore (the “Territory”). The basis upon which the Member may be permitted to enjoy Points and/or Discounts shall be determined by WingTai. The Member shall not request WingTai to disclose or explain the calculation methods or other matters relating to Points or Discounts for whatsoever purposes.
The Programme and any terms and conditions, as amended from time to time, shall be governed by the laws of the Territory and both the Member and WingTai agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Territory.
Any person wishes to become a Member shall complete and submit an application prescribed by WingTai. Participation in the Programme shall, at all times, be subject to the terms and conditions contained herein.
To apply for participation in the Programme, an applicant who is under the age of 18 years old shall be required to, at the absolute discretion of WingTai, either (a) procure his/her parent/guardian to apply on his/her behalf, or (b) procure his/her parental/guardian’s written consent for the application.
To qualify for the participation in the Programme, an applicant shall sign up online here or at any participating wt+ store. To qualify or upgrade to the Gold Tier, there shall be proof of purchase of $300 at any wt+ brand within a 12-month period. And to qualify or upgrade to the Premium Tier, there shall be proof of purchase of $1,000 at any wt+ brand within a 12-month period.
The participating wt+ brands are Singapore outlets of Burton Menswear London, Cath Kidston, Dorothy Perkins, DPAM, FOX Kids & Baby, G2000, TFG London, Topshop, Topman and Warehouse.
The Membership is non-transferable and the use thereof is solely restricted to the person to whom and in whose name the Membership is issued to and for use strictly with the Programme only.
The Member and/or his/her parent/guardian warrants and represents that the details and particulars furnished and contained in the application form for participation in the Programme are true and correct.
WingTai may, at its absolute discretion, suspend or terminate the Membership of the Member or Programme or the use of the Membership privileges at any time without notice or reason and WingTai shall not be liable to the Member for whatever losses or damages that may be suffered by the Member in furtherance to or in connection with the suspension or termination thereof.
A Member may at any time terminate his/her Membership by informing WingTai and, upon the Member informing WingTai of the intention to terminate his/her Membership, all unredeemed Points shall be automatically forfeited without notice to the Member and WingTai shall not be responsible or liable for the forfeiture of any unredeemed Points.
Use of the Membership privilege by the Member shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The Programme privileges are not applicable for online purchases
Points shall be awarded to the Member upon quoting the registered mobile number used during registration before making payment for the Qualifying Purchases, failing which Points shall not be awarded to the Member.
In the case where the Qualifying Purchases were made but Points were not recorded, the Member shall provide proofs of such Qualifying Purchases including receipts. WingTai reserves the right to accept or reject such proofs at its sole and absolute discretion.
Points awarded to and accumulated by the Member under the Programme are non-transferable and have no monetary or cash value.
Points awarded and accumulated in the Membership shall expire 12 months from the date that the Points are awarded.
WingTai reserves the right at its absolute discretion to convert any accumulated Points which the Member has not redeemed to WingTai voucher(s) subject to the terms and conditions therein.
WingTai reserves the right, without prior notice and assigning any reasons whatsoever, to solely determine and change from time to time:
the items offered as rewards in the Programme (the “Rewards”) as listed in the Rewards Guide and/or in any other documents; and
the number of accumulated Points required for redemption of or in exchange for the Rewards.
REDEEMING POINTS AND VOUCHERS
Points and vouchers can only be redeemed exclusively by the Member, upon quoting the Member’s registered mobile number. WingTai reserves the right to deny redemption should this condition not be fulfilled.
Points redemption is not applicable at departmental stores, selected sales outlets and online.
New members can only redeem points and vouchers upon update of their member profiles.
ACCOUNT EXPIRY AND DOWNGRADE
Should a Premium tier Member fail to spend $1,000 within a 12 month period, their membership will be automatically downgraded to the Gold or Silver tier depending on the accumulated spend.
Should a Gold tier Member fail to spend $300 within a 12 month period, their membership will be downgraded to the Silver tier
ACCOUNT RENEWAL AND UPGRADE
Should a Silver tier Member spend $300 within 12 months, their membership will be upgraded to Gold tier
Should a Gold tier Member spend $1,000 within 12 months, their membership will be upgraded to Premium tier
Should a Gold tier Member spend $300 within 12 months, their Gold membership will be renewed for a year
Should a Premium tier Member spend $1,000 within 12 months, their Premium membership will be renewed for a year
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
Any claims or disputes relating to the Programme shall be referred directly to WingTai for decision, whose decision shall be final and binding on the Member and WingTai’s records of all matters relating to the Programme shall be conclusive and binding on the Member.
Exchange is valid at all stores in Singapore within 14 days from the date of purchase for regular-priced items and 7 days from the date of purchase for sale items
Original receipt and credit card charge slip (where applicable) must be presented upon exchange
Purchases must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in its original condition/packaging that is deemed re-sellable with price tag intact
Purchases that were made with any form of gift card or gift voucher will only be entitled to an exchange
For combined purchases (e.g. buy one get one free or get the lowest-priced item at a discounted price), customer is required to return all purchased items to facilitate the exchange process.
Exchange is not applicable for
Undergarments, lingerie, swimwear, jewellery, shoes, socks, consignment items and gift card
products that are purchased outside of Singapore
products that are purchased online
products that have been altered
Carrier bags and reusable tote bags sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable
In case of any disputes, WingTai decision shall be final
WingTai reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice
