Q1: How can I qualify for the Threeling $3 Deal?
A: You have to be the first 500 wt+ member to spend a minimum amount of $800 across any of our brands to qualify. See the list of our brands and store locations here https://www.wtplus.com.sg/stores/

Q2: How do I become a wt+ member?
A: You can register to be a wt+ member for free via our website at https://www.wtplus.com.sg/signup/.

 Q3: I have spent above $800, how do I know if I am qualified to receive a promo code for the Threeling $3 Deal?
A: Once you have hit the min. spend of $800, you will be sent an SMS or email confirmation if you are within the first 500 wt+ member. Subsequently, a unique promo code will be sent to you on 30 April 2018, at 12pm with redemption details.

Q4. I have spent $800 but why didn’t I receive the promo code?
A: There are a few reasons why:

  1. The promotion has been fully redeemed
  2. Please check your junk email box.
  3. Your phone number or email address is not updated. We will notify you via the email or sms that you have registered in your wt+ account. Please ensure that you have updated your contact details before accumulating the required $800 spend to redeem the $3 deal. To update your contact details please log into your wt+ account at https://www.wtplus.com.sg/. Only members with a valid email address or mobile number will be eligible for the promotion.

Q5: When can I start redeeming my Threeling $3 Deal?
A: Redemption starts on 30 April 2018, 12pm, after you have received your promo code via SMS or email. You may then proceed to the www.shopee.sg/wtplusthreeling and enter your unique promo code to purchase your preferred $3 Deal. The code must be redeemed by 6 May 2018, 1159pm.

Q6: Do I need to have a Shopee account to unlock my Threeling $3 Deal?
Yes, please ensure that you have a registered Shopee account. You will also have to be logged into your Shopee account in order to cart out your item. You can sign up for a Shopee account here

Q7. What payment methods does Shopee accept?
A: Shopee currently supports Bank Transfer via ATM or i-Banking, Credit/Debit Card payments supported by Visa & Mastercard, as well as Shopee Wallet.

Q8: How many Threeling $3 Deals can I purchase with my promo code?
A: You will only be eligible to purchase only one (1) item at $3.

Q9: Can I get more than one promo code within the promotional period?
A: No. Members who qualify for this $3 Deal will only be entitled to one promo code throughout the whole promotional period, regardless of how many additional $800 spendings they have made. Once you’ve used that promo code to redeem your $3 Deal, you will not be able to redeem anymore deals. No additional code will be applicable.

Q10: Why do I keep encountering an error saying “Sorry, the promo code is invalid. Please try again.”?
A: Please send an email to help@wtplus.com.sg or contact us at 6309 1247 for any enquiries regarding this issue.

Q11: How do I know if I have already used my promo code?
A: If you have utilised your promo code, you will see “Sorry, you have redeemed this promo code before” when you input your promo code during checkout.

Q12: I have already selected my choice of item to apply for the Threeling $3 Deal – why is the original price still reflected upon check-out?
A: There are a few reasons why:

  1. This might be because you have already utilised your promo code (Note: Codes are unique to every individual and can only be used once).
  2. You might have also left more than one “Threeling $3 Deal” in your cart (Note: Only 1 item can be carted out using the code, therefore if you have more than one, you will have to pay the full price for the additional items).
  3. The item could be out of stock (Note: Deals are valid based on first come first serve and your item will not be reserved if you did not check out your item from the Shopee cart).

Q13: Will there be more items added onto Shopee after most of the Threeling $3 Deals have become unavailable?
A: All items will be based on first-come first-served, while stocks last basis. Items will not be restocked.

Q14: Can I pass my promo code to a friend or relative for them to use?
A: No. The person who purchases the $3 Deal on Shopee must be the same person who qualified for the promotion using their wt+ account. Promo codes are not transferable.

Q15. Why did I receive an email saying that my order has been cancelled?
A: Your order might have been cancelled because you used a Shopee account which was not registered under your name or contact number. Please note that you have to use a Shopee account with the same name and contact number that you have registered with wt+ in order to successfully redeem your prize. To update your contact details, please log into your wt+ account at https://www.wtplus.com.sg/login

Q16: I have purchased a Threeling $3 Deal from Shopee but I have changed my mind, can I request for an exchange?
A: The $3 Deals are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-replaceable. The deals also cannot be converted into cash.

Q17. Can I collect my Threeling $3 Deal immediately after purchase?
A: You will only be able to collect your item during the Collection Period from 7 May 2018, 9am and end on 25 May 2018, 6pm, on weekdays.

Q18. Can I opt to have my item delivered by mail or courier service instead?
A: No. All items may only be collected in person at our office at 7000 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5 Level 4 (Office Block), Singapore 569877, from Monday to Friday, 0900 hrs to 1800 hrs. There is no physical collection for Grab Credits and redemption details will be sent via email. As for Estee Lauder products, collection will be at the Estee Lauder ION store, located at 2 Orchard Turn, B2-52 ION Orchard, 238801.

Please bring along your IC for collection and you must be logged into your Shopee account on the Shopee app in order to claim your prize. If you are unable to collect your prize personally, please authorise another person to collect the prize on your behalf. Authorised person will have to present a copy of your IC, authorization letter and is required to log into the Shopee account that was used to purchase the $3 Deal.

Q19. What if my item is faulty?
A: Physical products such as electronics will have to be tested and checked that it is in working condition during the collection. Wing Tai will not be reliable for any faulty products once members have signed on the acknowledgement form.
