10 Summer Hits We Have on Repeat

Summer’s the time to let our hair down and live it up a little, so to get into the summer mood, we’ve rounded up some of this season’s hottest tracks that we just can’t stop listening to. Keep scrolling for some major playlist inspiration, ‘cause every good party needs a killer soundtrack!

Drake – Nice For What

Hit after hit, it’s clear that Drake’s here to dominate the summer soundtrack this year. While we wait for his highly anticipated album, Scorpion, to drop, we’ll gladly settle for this feel-good track that’s already got us moving to the beat.

Cardi B, Bad Bunny, J Balvin – I Like It

Honestly, what can’t queen Cardi do? Aside from rocking some major frocks, this song has us rapping and moving along from the moment it starts. With a little bit of salsa, and a little bit of hip hop, this would have to be on the top of our lists for a summer party playlist.

Post Malone, Ty Dolla $ign – Psycho

Not your quintessential summer banger hit, Psycho is feel-good, super chill, and the song you just can’t stop humming. Perfect for the days where you wanna just do absolutely nothing.

Troye Sivan – My My My!

Aside from an amazing music video that’s serving us 80’s realness, this track is packed with a punch. A simple track that manages to remind us all of our youth, “My My My!” will have you on your feet, sing-screaming with your friends till the sun comes up again.

Calvin Harris, Dua Lipa One Kiss

This dance/electro beat already topped the charts earlier this month, but hasn’t been showing signs of slowing down. The perfect club tune, we know we’re gonna be hearing it at all our favourite haunts and of course, we can’t wait.

Pharrell William, Camila Cabello – Sangria Wine

This tune is just a little more quirky than most, but that’s what we’ve come to expect from Pharrell Williams after all. Camila’s sensual sound is the perfect addition to this sexy summer track.

Ariana Grande – No Tears Left To Cry

After the devastating terror attack that occurred outside Grande’s Manchester concert venue, the artist took time off from the limelight before returning with “No Tears Left To Cry”. The song addresses the tragedy, but brings with it a message of hope for her fans, herself, and for everyone.

Maroon 5, Cardi B –  Girls Like You

This mellow track got the injection of life it needs from hip-hop’s current queen Cardi B, who’s been everywhere lately. If this pop hit wasn’t enough, the video features cameos from girls we know and love; no spoilers here though, you’re gonna have to watch it yours

Marshmello, Anne-Marie  Friends

This sassy track all about friendzoning someone is hilarious as much as it is infectious. In an age where women aren’t all about the generic romance ballad, this could be the rise of a new type of sound we can all relate to.

Shawn Mendes Feat. Khalid Youth

While the tune starts off on a slow and arguably depressing note, it becomes apparent that it sets the stage for the chorus’ rebellious cry of a youth that can’t be stolen. This track is easily one of the best songs, and messages of the summer.
