WHAT IS WT+?

wt+ is a cardless rewards programme that is managed and administered by Wing Tai Retail Management Pte Ltd.

WHAT ARE THE PARTICIPATING BRANDS IN WT+?

The privileges are available across 10 brands: BCBGMAXAZRIA, Dorothy Perkins, FOX Kids & Baby, G2000, i.t, Karen Millen, Topshop, Topman, Wallis and Warehouse. Membership privileges are not applicable in the sale outlet stores, except G2000 sale outlets.

Membership privileges are strictly exclusive to wt+ stores in Singapore only. Click here for store list.

WHAT ARE THE MEMBERSHIP TIERS AVAILABLE?

There are three tiers of membership:

  1. SILVER: Membership is free! To join, sign up online here or at any participating wt+ store.
  2. GOLD: To qualify, spend $300 at any wt+ brands within a 12-month period.
  3. PREMIUM: To qualify, spend $1,000 at any wt+ brands within a 12-month period.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF WT+?

SILVER

  • Earn 1 point for every $1 spent at any wt+ brands
  • Birthday Treat 2x bonus points purchase ($1 = 2 points)

GOLD

  • 10% off on all regular-priced merchandise
  • Earn 1 point for every $1 spent at any wt+ brands
  • Redeem points to offset your purchases; 20 points = $1
  • Birthday Treat: 2x bonus points ($1 = 2 points)

PREMIUM

  • 10% off on all regular-priced merchandise
  • Earn 1.5 points for every $1 spent at any wt+ brands
  • Redeem points to offset your purchases; 20 points = $1
  • Birthday Treat: 2x bonus points ($1 = 3 points)
  • Extended reservation period and reservation during sales
  • Invites to members only events

DOES WT+ MEMBERSHIP DOWNGRADE/EXPIRE?

SILVER: Membership validity = 18 months.
Your Silver membership will automatically renew at the end of your membership validity if you make at least 1 spend within 18 months from the day you join. Otherwise, your membership will expire and you will be required to create a new account.

GOLD: Membership validity = 12 months.
Your Gold membership will automatically renew at the end of your membership validity if you make at least 1 spend within 12 months from the day you qualify for Gold. Otherwise, you will be downgraded to Silver.

PREMIUM: Membership validity = 12 months.
Your Premium tier will automatically renew at the end of your membership validity if you accumulate at least $1,000 spend within 12 months from the day you qualify for Premium. Otherwise, you will be downgraded to Gold.

HOW DOES MEMBERSHIP UPGRADE WORK?

GOLD: You will be upgraded to Gold once you spend at least $300 within 12 months.

PREMIUM: You will be upgraded to Premium once you spend at least $1,000 within 12 months.

DO WT+ POINTS EXPIRE?

Points will expire 12 months from the date of earning.

HOW CAN I EARN POINTS?

Members can earn points by making any spend at any participating wt+ outlet. Simply quote your mobile number used for registration at the cashier.

HOW CAN I REDEEM MY POINTS?

Members have to provide their Identification card for verification to redeem points. Staff reserves the rights to reject any invalid form of identification.

WHAT ARE THE MAXIMUM POINTS ALLOWED FOR REDEMPTION?

You may redeem up to a maximum of $200 worth of points in a single receipt.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY WT+ MEMBERSHIP TIER, POINTS BALANCE & REWARDS?

You can log into your membership portal here to check your membership tier, points balance and rewards. Link up your Facebook to your account for a hassle-free access to your membership details.

HOW CAN I ENJOY MY 10% OFF PRIVILEGE?

Enjoy 10% off all regular-priced merchandises simply by quoting your mobile number used for registration or with the presentation of your identification card. Discount is not valid in conjunction with other ongoing promotions or during the sale period. Discount is only available for Gold and Premium Tier members.

 

MEMBERSHIP PORTAL

I FORGET MY PASSWORD, HOW CAN I RETRIEVE IT?

Please click on Forget password which is available at the ‘Log in‘ page. Enter your NRIC/ Passport no. and email address and click on ‘Submit’. An email containing a one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your registered email. After your credentials have been verified, you will be prompted to create a new password for login.

I REGISTERED AT THE STORE, HOW DO I ACCESS MY ONLINE ACCOUNT?

Follow the below steps for registration at FOX or I.T:

Step 1: Verify your e-mail
A verification e-mail will be sent to your account upon registration at the store. Access this e-mail and click on the link to verify.

Should you have not received the e-mail, log in with your details here, and a new verification e-mail will be sent out.

Step 2: Visit the wt+ homepage and log in

Follow the below steps for sign ups at any other wt+ brand:

Step 1: Open the wt+ membership portal homepage
Navigate to Log in ➜ First Time Log in? on the upper-right corner of the home page.

Step 2: Enter your NRIC/ Passport no. and your registered email address
An email containing a one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your registered email address

Step 3: Return to the wt+ portal and re-create your own password
Navigate to Log in ➜ Log in with Membership Account. Enter your NRIC, OTP and security code. Upon successful login, you will be prompted to create a new password for future logins.

Alternatively, eliminate the need to rekey your password for future logins by linking up your existing Facebook account with your membership profile.

Navigate to Log in ➜ Log in with Facebook ➜ Link with existing account

HOW DO I EARN POINTS ON MY FIRST TRANSACTION?

You can earn points on your first transaction by tagging the receipt to your membership account upon registration. Simply fill in the receipt details in the appropriate field during the registration process. Do note that you will only be allowed to tag a receipt once during sign up, and subsequent points will have to be earned by quoting your mobile number upon purchase.

HOW CAN I EDIT/UPDATE MY ACCOUNT DETAILS?

Please log in with your membership account or via Facebook. Once logged in, click on ‘Profile’ > ‘Update Profile’ to edit/update your particulars.

CAN I TRANSFER MY WT+ MEMBERSHIP TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Memberships are strictly non-transferable. wt+ reserves the right to make the final decision in any dispute.
