WHAT IS WT+?

wt+ is a cardless rewards programme that is managed and administered by Wing Tai Retail Management Pte Ltd.

WHAT ARE THE PARTICIPATING BRANDS IN WT+?

The privileges are available across 13 brands: BCBGMAXAZRIA, Burton Menswear London, Cath Kidston, Dorothy Perkins, FOX Kids & Baby, G2000, i.t, Karen Millen, Miss Selfridge, Topshop, Topman, Wallis and Warehouse. Membership points can be earned at sale outlet stores.

WHAT ARE THE MEMBERSHIP TIERS AVAILABLE?

There are three tiers of membership:

  1. SILVER: Membership is free! To join, sign up online here or at any participating wt+ store.
  2. GOLD: To qualify, spend min $300 at any wt+ brands within your 12-month Silver membership period.
  3. PREMIUM: To qualify, spend min $1,000 on your first purchase or accumulate min $1000 spend at any wt+ brands within your 12-month Gold membership period.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF WT+?

SILVER

  • Earn 0.5 point for every $1 spent at any wt+ brand
  • Birthday Treat 2x bonus points purchase ($1 = 1 point)
  • Redeem points to offset your purchases; 20 points = $1

GOLD

  • 10% off on all regular-priced merchandise
  • Earn 1 point for every $1 spent at any wt+ brand
  • Birthday Treat: 2x bonus points ($1 = 2 points)
  • Redeem points to offset your purchases; 20 points = $1

PREMIUM

  • 10% off on all regular-priced merchandise
  • Earn 1.5 points for every $1 spent at any wt+ brand
  • Birthday Treat: 2x bonus points ($1 = 3 points)
  • Redeem points to offset your purchases; 20 points = $1
  • Extended reservation period and reservation during sales
  • Invites to members only events

DOES WT+ MEMBERSHIP DOWNGRADE/EXPIRE?

SILVER: Membership validity = No expiry
Your Silver membership will automatically renew at the end of your membership validity.

GOLD: Membership validity = 12 months.
Your Gold membership will automatically renew at the end of your membership validity if you have an accumulated spend of min $300 within your 12-month Gold membership period. Otherwise, you will be downgraded.

PREMIUM: Membership validity = 12 months.
Your Premium membership will automatically renew at the end of your membership validity if you have an accumulated spend of min $1000 within your 12-month Premium membership period. Otherwise, you will be downgraded.

HOW DOES MEMBERSHIP UPGRADE WORK?

GOLD: You will be upgraded to Gold once you spend at least $300 within your 12-month Silver membership period

PREMIUM: You will be upgraded to Premium once you spend at least $1,000 within your 12-month Gold membership period

DO WT+ POINTS EXPIRE?

Points earned from purchases will have a 12-month validity and any unused points will expire at the end of 12th month from the date they were earned

An example: Points earned from 1 – 31 Jan 2018 will expire on 31 Dec 2018

HOW CAN I EARN POINTS?

Members have to provide their registered mobile number for verification to redeem points. Staff reserves the rights to reject any invalid form of identification.

HOW CAN I REDEEM MY POINTS?

Members can earn points by making any spend at any participating wt+ outlet. Simply quote your registered mobile number at the cashier.

WHAT ARE THE MAXIMUM POINTS ALLOWED FOR REDEMPTION?

You may redeem up to a maximum of $200 worth of points in a single receipt.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY WT+ MEMBERSHIP TIER, POINTS BALANCE & REWARDS?

You can log into your membership portal here to check your membership tier, points balance and rewards. Link up your Facebook to your account for a hassle-free access to your membership details.

HOW CAN I ENJOY MY 10% OFF PRIVILEGE?

Identify yourself as a wt+ member by quoting your registered mobile number to enjoy 10% off all regular-priced merchandises. Discount is not valid in conjunction with other ongoing promotions or on sales items. 10% discount is only applicable for Gold and Premium members.

CAN I TRANSFER MY WT+ MEMBERSHIP TO SOMEONE ELSE?

wt+ memberships are strictly non-transferable. wt+ reserves the right to make the final decision in any dispute.

CAN I TAG SOMEONE’S PURCHASES TO MY WT+ ACCOUNT TO EARN POINTS?

wt+ points can only be awarded for your purchases. wt+ reserves the right to terminate one’s account if any member is found tagging purchases other than his own to accumulate points.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND MEMBER PORTAL

HOW CAN I SIGN IN?

If you have signed up in stores, either at Point-of-Sales or Kiosk, your password for your first time log-in is your registered mobile number. You will be required to update your profile online in order to enjoy your full wt+ benefits.

If you have signed up online, a welcome email will be sent to your inbox and you will need to set your password in order to log in your account

I FORGET MY PASSWORD, HOW CAN I RETRIEVE IT?

Please click on retrieve password available at the ‘Log in‘ page. Enter your registered email or mobile number and click on ‘Submit’. A link will be sent to your registered contact. Simply click on the link to reset your password.

HOW CAN I EDIT/UPDATE MY ACCOUNT DETAILS?

Please log in to your membership account and click on ‘Profile’ > ‘Update Profile’ to edit/update your particulars.
